All Bookings have a two-hour minimum.

Any booking over two hours will be charged in thirty-minute increments, after the first 2 hours.

24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation within 24 hours prior to booking will be charged at full fee.

Any cancellation by the interpreter will attract no charge to the client.

In the event of client non-attendance, the interpreter will wait 30 minutes before leaving, and full fee will be charged.

Invoice will be sent within 24 hours of appointment. All payment due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments will incur 10% loading charge per week unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing with the interpreter.

In the case of long bookings (over 2 hours) or complex/physically demanding content, the interpreter has the right to request a tandem. The interpreter will work with the client to source a tandem.
